Product Engineer:
- Role: Productization Specialist / Product Lifecycle Engineer
- Location: Vaasa, Finland (Hybrid / 50% Remote)
- Assignment Period: 01 Dec 2026 – 31 Dec 2028
- Setup: Recann is acting
Description: We are looking for a Senior Productization Specialist to join a New Product Introduction (NPI) team responsible for bringing new products successfully from development into production. In this role, you will act as a key link between R&D, production, sales, and business operations, ensuring that new products, features, and solutions are implemented efficiently and according to agreed processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of new products into production.
- Develop and maintain productization concepts and best practices.
- Support R&D, production, and sales throughout different project phases.
- Ensure adherence to agreed business processes and transfer-to-business procedures.
- Gather and specify requirements for new functionalities and process improvements.
- Participate in testing and validation activities.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in productization, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role.
- Understanding of electronics and software product development environments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and order-to-delivery processes.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
