How You Keep The Engine Running With Us
The role of Product Engineer - Tooling is pivotal to the continued growth and success of the Component Maintenance activities within Fokker Services. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, manufacturing and support of tooling, fixtures, test equipment, and workshop solutions that enable our repair capabilities across multiple product areas.
As part of the Capability Development team, you will support all three Component Repair Shops: Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Avionics & Instruments, and Power Generating Systems. Your work directly enables the development of new repair capabilities, improves operational efficiency, and ensures our technicians have the right tools to perform their work safely and effectively.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role, combining design, problem-solving, manufacturing and workshop activities. Working alongside a fellow Product Engineer - Tooling, you will have access to a dedicated mechanical workshop equipped with modern manufacturing equipment, allowing you to rapidly develop and realize practical solutions from concept through implementation.
