  • Shape the future of Leica Total Stations and contribute to technologies used by surveying professionals around the world
  • Drive product improvements across hardware, software and geodetic accessories throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Work closely with international R&D teams and external partners in an agile and innovation-driven environment
  • Test, analyse and validate cutting-edge surveying solutions, sensor technologies and algorithms to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Investigate market feedback, identify root causes and help transform customer needs into product improvements
  • Benchmark competitor solutions and contribute to the definition of future product strategies and innovations
  • Become a trusted technical expert by delivering product training and supporting colleagues across our global sales and support network


This is you

  • Educational background in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, or a related field
  • Passion for surveying technology and innovative geospatial solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical solutions
  • Structured and self-driven way of working in an international environment
  • Experience working with Total Stations, GNSS or related surveying is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating across functions and cultures
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to enhance testing, data analysis, and product development
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in improving products and user experiences
  • Knowledge of Python, Matlab or similar tools is considered a plus
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
