• Drive execution of AI product initiatives from concept through release by coordinating business, engineering, QA, and operations teams while monitoring timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs through testing, prompt refinement, business review, and feedback analysis to improve quality, accuracy, relevance, and user experience.
• Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, pilot programs, and feedback sessions to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Required

  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools and assistants to accelerate research, problem-solving, and business analysis while ensuring responsible, ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments, including managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning activities, and collaboration with cross-functional development teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with business, technology, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of AI concepts such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model evaluation, agentic workflows, and conversational AI.
  • Insurance industry experience, particularly in forms management, underwriting, regulatory compliance, product development, or insurance technology, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software products.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into innovative product solutions.
