We are actively searching for a dynamic and visionary Product Lead to drive the strategic direction and execution of operational data management initiatives across a portfolio of projects leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Beyond translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, the Product Lead provides leadership and mentorship to a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment, consistency, and excellence across all product streams. Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities Product Vision & Leadership: Define and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with business objectives, market trends, and organizational priorities. Ensure coherence across all product initiatives. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and support a team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance. Executive Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level partners, driving alignment on product priorities and communicating progress at a strategic level. Requirements & Standards Definition: Set standards and best practices for user story definition, acceptance criteria, and backlog management across teams, ensuring consistency and quality. Strategic Prioritization: Oversee and guide prioritization decisions across multiple product backlogs, balancing business value, technical complexity, customer impact, and resource constraints. Cross-Portfolio Planning: Lead release and roadmap planning at a portfolio level, ensuring dependencies between teams are identified and managed effectively. Product Development Enablement: Serve as the senior escalation point between business and technical teams, removing blockers and facilitating high-level architectural and product decisions. Quality & Delivery Excellence: Define quality standards and oversee QA collaboration across product teams to ensure delivered solutions consistently meet business and user expectations. Performance & Insights: Define, monitor, and report on portfolio-level KPIs and OKRs, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership. Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management, or a related field 7+ years of experience in product management or IT business analysis, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role Proven experience managing or mentoring Product Owners or cross-functional product teams Strong ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Fluent in English & French Curious, honest, ambitious, and team-oriented A natural leader who thrives in challenging environments and inspires others to do the same Division Morocco Department CognitX Role Product Owner Locations Casablanca Remote status Hybrid
