About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Product Lead to own the product roadmap for a healthtech platform supporting hospital operations. This is the first dedicated product role, bringing customer insight, business outcomes, and engineering execution together.
What You'll Do
Learn hospital workflows and customer needs, then translate them into clear product requirements.
Lead product conversations with health system executives and operational leaders, identifying patterns and opportunities.
Triage support issues and partner requests, deciding what should move forward to engineering.
Set and communicate the roadmap, connecting product priorities to revenue, retention, and buyer value.
Own product tools, business metrics, and the strategy for product analytics and instrumentation.
Build and refine the experience for nurse managers and other frontline hospital leaders.
What We're Looking For
5 to 10 years of product management experience in healthtech, including shipping products in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Experience as a sole or founding product manager with broad ownership of a product surface area.
Background building operational workflow products for health system buyers, such as nursing, technology, or operations leaders.
Strong commercial judgment, with a track record of linking product decisions to business outcomes.
Technical fluency with data models, backend tradeoffs, and platform architecture.
Hands-on prototyping experience using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, v0, or Replit, and experience with SQL and product analytics.
Ability to learn complex domains quickly and build credibility with senior customers.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $200,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid role based in New York, New York, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.
