About the Role
As the founding product manager for an agentic personalization product, you will define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market approach. You will help bring data-driven, real-time personalization to enterprise websites and mobile apps, building on an established AI and customer data platform.
What You'll Do
Work closely with enterprise product and growth teams to understand their web and mobile personalization workflows, customer needs, and requirements for trusting agent-driven experiences.
Turn customer research into a product roadmap connected to business and revenue milestones.
Define which personalization tasks agents can handle autonomously, such as creating segments, variants, experiments, and traffic allocations, and where human approval is needed.
Design feedback loops that help customers build confidence in agent recommendations and actions over time.
Partner with engineering to make product and architecture decisions for real-time experimentation and personalization.
Join customer conversations, shape competitive positioning, support pipeline development, and work with customer success on implementation playbooks.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of product management experience, with a career primarily focused on product ownership or leadership and evidence of progression.
A track record of launching and scaling products from early concept to meaningful adoption, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS serving enterprise customers.
Experience at a growing venture-backed startup, and a record of stable employment.
Technical depth to assess architectural tradeoffs and collaborate closely with senior engineers.
Experience working directly with end users to understand problems and iterate on solutions.
Experience with AI or machine learning products; developer products, personalization, or recommendation systems are also relevant.
A technical undergraduate degree and experience beyond growth, consumer, or internal tools product management.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $240,000 to $320,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Remote or on-site in the United States.
