Role Overview

As a Product Manager at tbi bank Greece, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative banking products such as personal loans & BNPL that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize products that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

What you get to do in this role:

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with tbi bank’s vision and market needs.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, credit risk, compliance and operations teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making and product enhancements.

• Identify and solve performance issues, including funnel drop-offs, rising defaults.

• Gather and prioritize customer feedback to ensure products meet user needs and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare product documentation, business cases, and go-to-market plans.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, digital banking innovations, and regulatory changes.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Strong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environment

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

What would be considered an advantage:

• Proven experience as product manager, product owner, business analyst, project manager or similar role within fintech, lending or financial services or similar industries such a insurance or telecommunication

• Understanding of financial products, digital banking, e-commerce and customer experience best practices

• A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
