Own customer outcomes end to end. You'll take ownership of entire customer journeys, everything from first sign-up through to production outcomes, and treat the whole arc as yours. Earn the respect of the engineering team, not just by speaking their language, but by operating in a way that inspires. Move extremely fast with a strong bias for execution.
