Product Manager | £60,000–£65,000 | Remote (UK Based)
Ever been halfway through buying something online and given up because the process was so frustrating?
What if you were the person responsible for making sure that didn't happen to millions of customers?
I'm working with a well-established UK ticketing platform that's looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of its entire customer-facing experience.
With over 10 million page impressions each month, they're growing quickly and building out their Product team. This is a new role where you'll have genuine ownership of the roadmap and plenty of freedom to shape what happens next.
So, what's in it for you?
- You'll own the customer journey, from how people discover events through to checkout, payment and even getting through the door.
- You'll have the autonomy to build your own roadmap, identify opportunities and decide what the team should focus on.
- You'll work closely with engineering, marketing and commercial teams to turn ideas into improvements that make a measurable difference.
- You'll tackle some interesting challenges as the business expands into new markets, including Europe, and explores new types of events.
- You'll join a small but growing Product team where your ideas will be heard and you'll have the opportunity to influence how the function develops.
What experience would be useful?
Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years' experience in Product Management, with a strong background in B2C digital products.
We're particularly interested if you've worked on e-commerce, online checkout, payment journeys or high-transaction websites. That could be in retail, ticketing, travel or another consumer-facing industry.
You'll understand how to improve conversion, reduce friction in the buying process and use data to demonstrate the impact of your decisions.
You'll also be comfortable challenging stakeholders, working closely with developers and taking ownership of problems rather than waiting for someone else to solve them.
The practical bits:
- £60,000–£65,000 salary
- Remote working, with team meetups roughly once a quarter
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
- Flexible working hours
- Private health insurance after one year
If you've worked on improving how customers discover, buy and pay for things online, and you'd like more ownership over the decisions being made, I'd be interested in speaking with you.
