Role Description The Product Manager at SERIO PHARM is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role includes managing the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and concept development to launch planning and post-launch performance tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities involve defining product strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams (such as medical, regulatory, marketing, and sales), and prioritizing product features and enhancements. The Product Manager will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks, and will prepare product forecasts, pricing recommendations, and commercial plans. The role also requires creating clear product documentation, supporting training for internal teams, and ensuring that product decisions align with SERIO PHARM’s mission to deliver high-quality, affordable solutions for major health problems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for healthcare or pharmaceutical products.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to guide evidence-based product decisions.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Product Manager position within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product value to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare markets, regulatory considerations, and patient-centric product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating accountability, time management, and collaboration both on-site and remotely.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal skills; proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).
