Product Manager

The Role

• Take end-to-end ownership of a key software product facilitating secure, cross-sector communication within the healthcare industry.

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on regulatory standards, user feedback, and strategic goals to drive the product roadmap.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and make data-driven decisions that shape future development.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure high-quality user experiences.

• Manage stakeholder communication, conduct regular product reviews, and develop pricing strategies to increase market share and profitability.

What You'll Need

• Several years of proven professional experience as a Product Manager or in a similar software development role, ideally within the healthcare or digital health infrastructure sector.

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong ability to translate complex customer needs and regulatory requirements into successful product strategies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with fluency in both German and English.
