We are looking for a dynamic Sr. product manager to support greytHR by taking up new integration ideas and bringing them to life. This will be a key role in our organization as it will be bridging greytHR with internal as well as external stakeholders while including end-user needs. This means you should not only be able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Duties & Responsibilities You will : Create multi-year strategic plans for the product and drive organization wide alignment Convert strategic plans into quarterly roadmaps, epics, and clarify requirements With an agreed plan, manage the roadmap commitments while identifying and mitigating risks Work closely with product and engineering leadership to prioritize roadmap and customer success investments for the product Provide data-driven clarity as to how customers and partners use existing product and solutions Support UX team by providing business requirement specifications, design workshop notes/minutes, and knowledge transfer Analyze requirements and support the engineering team to take a business call by providing PRD, SRS, Rapid prototypes etc. While there are multiple stakeholders involved in the execution, you will be the primary point-of-contact for end-to-end coordination. Promote available features across the organization and keep track and revise product strategy and future direction. Support the development of business cases for product extensions and go-to-market programs Evaluate competitive market offerings , prepare product differentiation, and liaise with sales and marketing for right messaging and positioning. Drive GTM approaches and adoption of the GreytHR product Suite. Work closely with external Partners, Sales & Marketing, Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to coordinate new product development and launches. Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years with increasing levels of responsibility in product management, software development, and/or technical delivery services for SaaS solutions 3+ years’ experience as a product manager with demonstrated success defining and launching Industrial SaaS products Strong grasp of data driven product management in the software industry Experience of agile/Kanban product management principles Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile and Analytics in B2B space A prior history of working well with internal and external stakeholders including executives, peers, customers, and partners A unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
