TechWolf is the foundational data layer for enterprise workforce transformation. We empower organisations to understand and optimise their workforce through comprehensive workforce data. Customers increasingly work with that data through AI agents, and agent usage is growing exponentially. We're hiring a Product Manager - Agents to scale that growth and turn it into a great experience for every customer, both in the agents we build and in the ones customers already use.
As the Product Manager - Agents, you will own both ways customers reach TechWolf data through AI agents: the TechWolf Analyst Agent, which we build ourselves, and the agents and AI platforms customers already run, which connect to Skills, Work, and Market Intelligence through the TechWolf MCP. HR business partners, business leaders, and HR teams such as people analytics, recruiting, and learning & development use them to answer workforce questions inside the tools they already work in. No one else can answer those questions using the customer's own skills and work data joined with external market signal. Your job is to make that answer reliable, trusted, and easy to reach, wherever the customer asks it.
This role is built for someone who has already built AI agents and shipped them to real users. You know what breaks in production: tools the model misuses, answers that sound right but aren't, and costs and latency that grow faster than usage. You might be a PM on an AI product today, or an engineer, consultant, or forward-deployed engineer who has built agents with customers; we'll invest in developing your product craft. You will report to Siegfried Kriekemans, Product Lead, and work closely with the other Product Managers, AI & Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing.
We're opening this role to internal and external candidates.
What You’ll Do:
Own the agent roadmap end-to-end: drive the roadmap for the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP, deciding what ships, what waits, and what we stop doing, tied to adoption and commercial value.
Use case discovery: be the person in the room with customers, partners, CS, PS, Pre-Sales, and Sales. Understand the business problems behind the use cases of HR business partners, business leaders, and HR teams, judge where AI and agents can speed them up and where they can't, and turn that into a sequenced roadmap rather than a backlog of one-off asks.
Turn data into answers: define what "answered well" means for an agent answer: correct, sourced, caveated, and consistent across Skills, Work, and Market Intelligence. Shape the tools, context, and instructions the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP expose, measure quality with evaluations, and hold the bar as usage grows. Data coverage and quality stay with the Skills, Work, and Market Intelligence PMs.
Design the experience: define how working with the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP should look and feel for each user: what they ask, what they get back, and how they act on it. Work with AI & Engineering to make it a great experience.
Meet customers where their agents are: make TechWolf data work well inside the agents and AI platforms customers already run. Alongside Legal and Security, own how the TechWolf MCP is set up, secured, and governed in an enterprise, including permissions, auditability, and responsible AI, so security reviews and procurement never block adoption.
Drive adoption: own weekly agent users as the core metric. Work with CS, PS, and GTM on enablement, onboarding, and usage patterns, so customers move from a first try to weekly use.
Operating model: run discovery, prioritisation, PRDs, evaluations, release readiness, and enablement as one documented process that another PM could pick up. Customer-facing teams can explain what the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP do, and where their limits are, from that documentation alone.
External story: co-own the agent narrative with Product Marketing across Sales, Marketing, and partner conversations, so customer-facing teams can sell the TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP without you in the room.
What Success Looks Like:
(Adoption) Weekly agent users grow steadily, across the TechWolf Analyst Agent and customers' own agents connected through the TechWolf MCP.
(Discovery) You hold a defensible point of view on where agents create the most value for our customers, built from customer, partner, CS, PS, Pre-Sales, Sales, and AI signal, and the team turns to you first on agent direction.
(Roadmap) Demonstrated ownership of the agent roadmap, sequenced on evidence; agent answers meet a measured quality bar, and foundational investment in evaluation, security, and enterprise readiness ships based on your prioritisation.
(Narrative) The TechWolf Analyst Agent and the TechWolf MCP show up in won deals, renewals, and expansions, and Sales, Marketing, CS, Pre-Sales, and partners echo a consistent agent narrative crafted by you in close collaboration with Product Marketing.
Medior or senior level, with 2 to 10 years of experience owning a technical product in a B2B or enterprise context. This could be as a PM or Product Owner, or as an engineer, consultant, solutions architect, or forward deployed engineer working closely with customers. Experience with data products or API integration products is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience building AI and agentic products that real users rely on in production: agents, copilots, or LLM-based workflows that call tools and act on data.
Confidence in front of customers and partners, with excellent communication in English: you can take a question from a senior enterprise audience and come back with what we will build, and adjust your message for engineers, GTM teams, and executives.
Track record of taking a promising capability through to a production, revenue-generating product, at the quality and reliability enterprise customers expect.
A practical understanding of agent design: tool and MCP design, context and retrieval, evaluations, and the trade-offs between quality, cost, and latency. Enough technical depth to hold your own with AI researchers and platform engineers, and to synthesise their input into decisions.
Strong product sense for AI experiences: you can tell where an agent adds value to a business workflow and where a simpler solution works better, and you shape interactions users trust and come back to.
You use AI daily in your own work and know where it helps and where it fails.
Comfort treating security, permissions, and compliance constraints as product requirements, particularly in enterprise IT and procurement processes.
Comfort running a disciplined PM operating model: discovery, prioritisation, PRDs, release readiness, and enablement that another PM could read and run.
