Product Manager, Connected Products

Responsibilities:

Product Line and Portfolio Management

• Own the lifecycle of current connected product offerings - including scope, design, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Partner with management to develop and maintain a multi-year product line roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize dealer, customer, and business requirements and translate them into product features.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct and use voice of customer/dealer research to inform new product development decisions.

Product Execution & Process Development

• Develop and maintain new product requirements, business cases, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with internal teams and external developers to manage scope, timing, and risk against deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across projects to ensure alignment between business objectives and development efforts.
• Create documentation and best practices that support the long-term growth and adoption of our Connected Products.
• Optimize processes for prioritization, requirements gathering and release management.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Partner Management

• Work closely with third party partner developers to define priorities, clarify requirements, review progress, and ensure successful delivery.
• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Regional Technical Advisors and Dealer teams to address product requests, field issues and opportunities.
• Support dealer enablement, training, customer adoption, and go to market activities for product launches and enhancements.
• Facilitate communication, decision making, and alignment across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. Computer Science or Business major preferred
• 5+ years experience in Product Management, with 2 years in connected products or IT space
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with connected products and mobile applications
• Familiar with Jira, Microsoft Office, Slack, Miro
• Travel will be based on business needs - up to 10% of the time

Target Salary Range: $ 85,000- 100,000 year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
