What You'll Do

Our client is looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, road-map, and delivery of their Estates and Private Client software solutions for law firms across the UK. This strategic role is an exciting opportunity for a legally qualified, commercially minded, and collaborative leader to shape the future of how Private Client lawyers work.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and road-map for the Estates and Private Client solution, aligned with the wider UK and international business priorities.
  • Translate the needs of Private Client practitioners (including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney) into clear problem statements, requirements, and user stories.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing customer value, legislative changes, technical effort, and commercial impact.
  • Work day-to-day with developers, legal content specialists, and QA colleagues to deliver high-quality releases on schedule.
  • Lead ongoing customer discovery through interviews, user testing, feedback sessions, and advisory groups to validate ideas early.
  • Identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities that save fee earners time and improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with integration partners to enhance companion solutions, delivering the best possible end-to-end experience.
  • Define success measures, track adoption, usage, and retention, using data and user insights to continually refine the road-map.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams on product launches, positioning, training, and release communications.
  • Support sales initiatives by participating in software demonstrations, seminars, and client engagements.
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the product suite, companion integrations, and the broader competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events to network with existing customers and foster strong community relationships.

Requirements:
