Product Manager, Impact Platform & Experimentation

Join the Experimentation & Impact Platform at Vinted. We are two closely linked teams in Data Infrastructure that build the internal products Vinted uses to ship features safely and make decisions based on evidence. Teams across Marketplace, Vinted Go and Vinted Pay use our tools. Product, Engineering, Data and Design people use them every day to roll out features, run experiments and understand impact.

• Impact Platform builds Impact, our self-service feature-flag and experimentation platform. That includes SDKs for Ruby, JavaScript, Go, iOS and Android, the backend services, and the Impact web UI. Impact handles about 20 million flag evaluations per second.
• Experimentation builds the standardised metrics framework and automated experiment analysis pipelines. It also owns cumulative impact reporting, which tracks the observed effect of shipped work across 17 key business metrics and feeds into Marketplace planning. The team also creates educational material and helps with complex analysis cases.

As the Product Manager for both teams, you'll own one shared product backlog. It covers feature flagging, experiment setup, metric standardisation, analysis automation and impact reporting. Your work won't affect just one product area. It shapes how the whole company learns and decides. In this position, you’ll

• Own the needs of our internal users: engineers, product managers, designers, decision scientists and analysts, and leadership. Talk to them regularly to understand their pain points with feature flags, experiment setup, metrics and results, so the right workflow is the easy one.
• Work with engineers (data, backend and web), data scientists and our Product Designer to shape and deliver a roadmap that makes experiments faster to set up, results more trustworthy and quicker to arrive, and learnings easier to find.
• Own and prioritise one backlog across two teams. Balance new capabilities with platform reliability, migration work and tech debt, and choose high-value, low-effort solutions where you can.
• Define and track product success with metrics such as experiment volume and validity, conclusive experiment rate, time to set up an experiment, experiment duration and platform adoption.
• Run our feedback loop, including the public roadmap, the request intake and support flow, surveys and release communication, so the roadmap keeps reflecting what our users need.

Examples of what's on the roadmap: metric results and experiment health checks directly in Impact, automated experiment quality monitoring, variance reduction (CUPED), sample-size and minimum detectable effect (MDE) guidance, flag lifecycle management, and consistent features across SDKs.

About you

• Experience as a product manager or in a similar role, ideally on technical, platform or internal-tooling products.
• Comfortable with technical and statistical topics. You don't need to be a statistician, but you're curious about A/B testing, metrics and how feature flags work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you take the initiative.
• Skilled at discovery and user research with expert, internal users.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data science and design in technically demanding environments.
• Good product instinct, and able to weigh data against qualitative feedback when deciding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain trade-offs to engineers and leadership alike, and you say no clearly when needed.

Workation policy

Better balance holidays with workdays by working remotely! Up to 90 days per year in the EU, of these, 21 days can be spent globally. For non-EU citizens, it's 21 days worldwide. This can be combined with time off for vacation or personal time.
