Retention Manager (CRM) | carOne

carOne is an app that helps drivers in Lithuania handle everything around their car in one place. Lots of people download it. Our next big step is making sure they stay and keep coming back. That's where you come in.

What you'll be doing

You'll own retention at carOne: keeping drivers engaged with the app and bringing them back again and again. You'll have real freedom in how you get there, and you'll be measured on results.

• Building and running lifecycle journeys across email and push, from a user's first days in the app onwards

• Reaching users at the moments that matter, with the right message at the right time

• Finding where people drop off, understanding why, and fixing it

• Turning occasional users into regular, paying customers

• Growing repeat purchases and the use of more of our services

• Planning and running the campaign calendar

• Testing constantly, keeping what works and dropping what doesn't

• Tracking retention metrics every week and owning the numbers

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing, with revenue targets that were yours to hit

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar tool: flows, segments, event-triggered automation, A/B tests

• You use AI tools in your everyday work to move faster

• You open the dashboard yourself and make decisions from the data, not from gut feel

• Fluent Lithuanian and good English

• You like moving fast. Ideas go live in days, and you stand behind the results

Nice to have

• Experience in a subscription or repeat-purchase business

• Push notification strategy for a mobile app

• Basic SQL and some experience with transactional email tools

How we'll measure success

You'll get clear KPIs on day one: retention rates, conversion, repeat purchases, and growth of our active customer base. We'll review progress together regularly.
