As a Product Manager, Media and Digital on the Innovation & Development team, you will support and manage product initiatives across Moore’s Media and Digital roadmap. You will translate media, client, and business needs into clear product requirements, manage backlogs and roadmap priorities, and work closely with Media and Digital leaders, engineering, data management, data science, analytics, operations, finance, design, and go-to-market partners to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on product role focused on measurement, attribution, platform integrations, digital audience acquisition, and continuous improvement across the channels our clients use to reach supporters.

This is a full-time, salaried, US-based remote position.

Your Impact:

  • Work closely with Media and Digital leaders, clients, and cross-functional business teams to understand their problems and goals, then partner with internal teams and subject-matter experts to design and develop solutions.
  • Clearly define and communicate product vision, requirements, and recommendations to media stakeholders, internal partners, and product development teams to drive alignment on strategies and priorities.
  • Own product backlogs and contribute to roadmaps for Media and Digital, ensuring priorities align to user value, strategic goals, and business outcomes.

  • Evaluate third-party data partners and inventory opportunities, and help define data reuse, suppression, and governance policies that protect quality and value.
  • Document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and help lead development efforts to plan, review, test, and track delivery progress.
  • Apply sound judgment when prioritizing client and media team needs, new capabilities, platform improvements, technical dependencies, and operational excellence.
  • Define and use product, adoption, data quality, and operational metrics to develop recommendations and measure outcomes.
  • Coordinate product discovery, delivery, limited releases, launch, enablement, stakeholder communications, and post-release learning across cross-functional teams

Your Profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a closely related role, ideally in digital media, adtech, or marketing technology.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital media channels and platforms, including paid search, paid social, email, SMS, and programmatic.
  • Working knowledge of marketing measurement concepts such as multi-touch attribution, matchback, incrementality testing, and TV or offline attribution.
  • Experience delivering data and reporting integrations with media platforms and third-party APIs in partnership with data engineering teams.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms.
  • Proficiency in writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
  • Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable requirements and prioritized work.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking product success metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising, direct mail, email and SMS acquisition, or third-party data partnerships is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent practical experience considered.
