Product Manager (Payments and Crypto)

Your mission

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of our payment infrastructure across LATAM. You will own key payment integrations, work closely with technical teams and external providers, and help develop scalable solutions across traditional payment methods and crypto rails.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands payment infrastructure, enjoys solving technical challenges, and can independently drive projects from planning to launch.

Responsibilities

• Payment Infrastructure: Lead the integration and expansion of local payment methods, wallets, card acquirers, PSPs, and real-time payment systems across LATAM.
• Brazil Expansion: Support the launch of our Payment Institution (IP) operations in Brazil, coordinating providers, transaction flows, and operational readiness.
• Crypto Integrations: Manage stablecoin conversion solutions, including USDC/USDT on/off-ramps and crypto-to-fiat integrations.
• Technical Product Delivery: Define product requirements and work closely with Engineering on APIs, technical documentation, and integration delivery.
• Payment Performance: Monitor authorization rates, transaction failures, and checkout conversion, identifying opportunities to improve the payment experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Sales to ensure payment solutions meet business and operational needs.
• Provider Management: Coordinate technical communications with external providers and monitor integration performance and service quality.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of Senior Product Management experience within fintech, PSPs, payment gateways, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience managing payment integrations across LATAM, including local alternative payment methods.
• Hands-on experience with stablecoin conversion rails (USDC/USDT), on/off-ramps, or exchange integrations.
• Good understanding of payment flows, settlements, APIs, and technical product requirements.
• Experience working closely with Engineering teams and external technical providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Brazil's PIX ecosystem and Payment Institution regulations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Postman.
• Portuguese proficiency.
