About the Role
Own the supply chain product area for a manufacturing software platform, turning complex factory and procurement workflows into practical software. You will partner closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver tools that improve supply chain operations.
What You'll Do
Define and drive the roadmap for procurement, inventory management, traceability, vendor management, and BOM/MRP capabilities.
Visit customer factory floors and work with supply chain and procurement teams to understand operational challenges.
Translate complex hardware supply chain workflows into product specifications, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
Use AI-assisted tools to prototype, query data, work with APIs, and contribute code where useful.
Collaborate with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to deliver features and support customer onboarding.
Analyze inventory metrics, product usage, and customer feedback to test hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Three to ten years of experience across product management, manufacturing or supply chain, and software development or hands-on coding.
Experience owning product features end to end, from research through launch.
Strong understanding of procurement, BOM/MRP, inventory allocation, and traceability workflows.
Manufacturing or industrial experience, ideally in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, robotics, or automotive.
Ability to create functional prototypes and write technical specifications from complex domain requirements.
Experience with Python, React, SQL, PostgreSQL, AWS, APIs, and ERP, MES, or PLM systems.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or a related technical field.
Strong cross-functional communication and influence.
