Show job description

If you love taking a new feature to market, and turning it into something people actually understand and want, you'd rather build it yourself than write a brief about it, and AI is already how you work every single day - come join us!

Our teams are shipping crazy fast right now. New modules in weeks, months, not years. And we think we have the best product in the space. (No bias.)

Which means there's a LOT to talk about.

But talking about it isn't enough. Every new feature needs to be turned into something a busy operator gets in two seconds. Why should I care? What does it fix for me? How does it fit with everything else?

That's the job. Owning that, all of it. Making sure the product, sales, CS and marketing all tell the same simple story. And building the system so it reaches our own team, our customers and the market - without anyone telling you what to do next.

If you want to be the person who leads All Gravy's product marketing, keep reading!

🥞 The mission

All Gravy is the frontline operating system. One platform for comms, learning, engagement, operations and scheduling, with built-in AI. Think WhatsApp meets Duolingo meets Claude for frontline workers. Used daily by 350+ brands like GAIL's, Dishoom, 7-Eleven, and Honest Burgers.

We're growing 3x year-over-year, and the product is moving faster than ever. We need product marketing that keeps up.

🎯 The role

You own product marketing. Fully.

Nobody hands you a task list. You decide what releases matter most, what we say, how we say it, and what gets created. And then you build most of it yourself. Copywriting skills, good taste in graphic design, website savviness is needed.

🔥 What you'll do

  • Know our customers better than anyone. You dig into sales calls, customer interviews, reviews and our founders' heads. You know who we're for, and who we're not for.

  • Own positioning. You make the hard choices about what we stand for and what we leave out, so we stand out in the market.

  • Turn features into selling points. Product ships something new, you find the value in it and say it so simply a customer gets it in one line.

  • See the whole picture. Every feature is part of a bigger story. You know where it fits, who it's for and how to serve it.

  • Build the launch system. How big is this release? Who needs to know first? Sales, CS, customers, the market - you make sure it lands everywhere.

  • Keep every touchpoint telling the same story. Website, sales deck, ads, socials, in-app. If we built it, it's on the site - and ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude know about it too.

  • Drive adoption, not just launches. Product updates, changelog and in-app messaging, so customers actually use what we ship and stay longer.

  • Give sales and CS what they need. Messaging, one-pagers, demo flows, battlecards. Stuff they actually use.

  • Make the content. Landing pages, emails, explainer videos, clickable demos. Mostly you, with AI.

🧠 Who you are

  • You drive your own stuff. You pick your initiatives, set your priorities and run with it. We give you a goal, not a to-do list.

  • You're obsessed with simplicity. Fewer words, fewer features in the pitch, one clear message. You'll push for the simple version even when it's super hard to dig out.

  • You're fast. 80% in a day, ship it, make it better next week. You don't sit on things.

  • You're AI-first. AI is how you work, it does most of your work and you fine-tune the rest. You use it for research, as a sparring partner and to build. You code, you design, you generate. You max out your tokens, because you can't help it. The shift has already happened here - for example, we build our website in Webflow with the Claude MCP - so you can make changes to anything, in minutes, and publish a new version of the site 10 times per day.

  • You can write and you can sell. You find the one line that makes people go "oh, now I get it". In engaging English.

  • You get product marketing. Big plus if you’ve owned launches and positioning in B2B SaaS, and you always start with the customer, not the feature list.

  • You're the glue. You speak product with product, sales with sales, and get everyone running in the same direction.

  • You have an eye for design. Taste, detail, a feel for what looks good. Big plus.

  • You're excited about where this is going. The gap between an idea and getting it done is basically zero now. That should make you excited, not tired.

🚩 Probably not for you if

  • You do your best work when someone hands you clear structure and concrete projects.

  • You work the same way you did three years ago.

  • AI is something you use now and then, or something you're "starting to explore".

  • You've got 15-20 years in product marketing but AI hasn't really changed how you work. For us, the way you work beats the years on your CV.

📍 Practical

  • Copenhagen, Nørrebro. Hybrid.

  • Full-time.

  • You'll work closely with marketing (video, events, growth), product, sales, customer success and our founders.
