About our client
Our client is a growing software and professional services business that supplies technology to organisations across the public sector and other highly regulated industries. With deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and cloud technologies, they have built a strong reputation for delivering complex solutions to demanding customers.
They are expanding their SaaS portfolio and moving into new market verticals beyond the public sector. A central theme across all of their products is using AI to strengthen human-in-the-loop decision making.
The role
This is a Product Marketing Manager role, owning the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for the company’s supplier relationship management product. You will make sure the product is understood, valued and adopted by the right customers in the right markets.
The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing Communications. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives that build pipeline, accelerate adoption and support revenue growth. You will also play a key part in communicating the value of the company’s AI-enabled approach to the market.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer and working closely with the Head of Product, you will own the product marketing engine, from market and customer intelligence through to competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, sales enablement and feature adoption measurement.
This role is home-based, with some travel to London and other office locations as needed. We are looking for candidates based in or around London and the South of England.

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases and market expansions, working closely with Sales and Marketing Communications.
- Develop launch plans covering audience segmentation, channel strategy, messaging and success criteria.

- Partner with the Head of Product and Chief Product Officer to align messaging with product strategy and commercial objectives.
Market, Customer and Competitive Intelligence
- Lead ongoing market research into target segments, buyer personas and customer pain points across public sector and commercial markets.
- Analyse customer feedback, win/loss data and usage patterns to inform positioning and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor competitor messaging, positioning and campaigns, and own the white space analysis.
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and battle cards, and communicate key points of differentiation.
Product Adoption and Feature Marketing
- Define and run marketing strategies that drive adoption of new and existing features.
- Work with Product and Customer Success to identify adoption barriers and design campaigns to address them.
- Track and report on feature adoption and the effectiveness of adoption programmes.
- Create email and content-led campaigns, and contribute to onboarding and in-life customer communications.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs and objection-handling guides for customer and partner activity.
- Deliver regular product marketing briefings and training to Sales and Customer Success.
- Work with Solutions Engineering to keep collateral aligned with solution narratives and validated use cases.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the link between Product, Sales and Marketing Communications, keeping the market narrative and go-to-market execution aligned.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications on content strategy, digital campaigns and brand positioning.
- Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
