Product Marketing Manager

Broomfield, CO
New York, NY

Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus. Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats, including CTV/streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead go-to-market strategy for some of Magnite’s most important products and solutions. Your initial portfolio will include our Audience & Identity capabilities, a strategic area that spans both the supply and demand sides of our business, with opportunities to contribute across other product areas as priorities evolve.

We’re looking for an exceptional product marketer who loves making complicated things simple. You’ll quickly develop deep expertise in our products, customers, and market; translate technical capabilities into differentiated customer value; and turn strategy into clear positioning, go-to-market plans, enablement, and campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing to bring the right capabilities to market and equip client-facing teams with the stories and tools they need to win. Success in this role requires strong judgment, curiosity, execution, and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex cross-functional work. This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing.

About this team:

Magnite’s Product Marketing team sits at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Marketing, turning complex technology into clear stories, go-to-market strategies, and tools that help our customers and teams succeed.

We’re a collaborative, high-impact team that works across Magnite’s portfolio and partners closely with teams around the globe. We value curiosity, strong judgment, clear communication, and excellent execution — and we’re comfortable navigating ambiguity as our products and the advertising industry evolve.

Our product marketers develop deep expertise in their portfolios while contributing beyond them, sharing insights, raising the quality of the team’s work, and helping connect individual products to the bigger Magnite story.

In this role you will:

  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Own GTM plans for priority product initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering across Product, Commercial, and Marketing to drive adoption and business outcomes.
  • Shape the Story: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that turns complex technical capabilities into simple, compelling customer value.
  • Build Product & Market Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of your products, customers, competitors, and market, using those insights to inform GTM and product strategy.
  • Create High-Impact Enablement: Build customer-focused presentations, sales tools, training, and content that help commercial teams confidently bring Magnite solutions to market.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders around clear recommendations, decisions, timelines, and next steps.
  • Work Smarter: Use data, customer insights, AI, and automation to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work while contributing across the portfolio as priorities evolve.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, ad tech, or another complex technology environment.
  • A demonstrated track record of independently owning complex GTM initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • An exceptional ability to quickly learn technical products and translate complexity into clear, differentiated customer value.
  • Strong positioning, messaging, storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with a high bar for customer-facing work.
  • The ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive multiple workstreams forward.
  • Strong cross-functional judgment and demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to seek feedback, synthesize different perspectives, and apply those learnings independently.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and willingness to contribute beyond an assigned portfolio as business priorities evolve.
  • Strong plus: Experience with programmatic advertising, audience activation, identity, first-party data, measurement, attribution, or advertising outcomes.

In Colorado, the base salary range for this role is $105,000 – $115,000.

In New York, the base salary range for this role is $115,000 – $125,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for:

  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)
  • Comprehensive benefits package

During the interview process, candidates will receive more specific information about the salary range applicable to their experience and location.

Perks and Benefits:
