That’s why, together with Dariia , Product Analyst at Impulse, we’re looking for a Product & Operations Analyst to help maximize product growth through data-driven decisions. This job is perfect for you if you want to: Make a real impact on the #1 product in its niche. You’ll get to run lots of experiments and clearly see the results of your work. Work alongside a team of driven and talented professionals — together you’ll brainstorm, test ideas, and share knowledge and experience across departments. Use modern tools and approaches. We work with Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer and more. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your own working methods and the support from your manager to bring your ideas to life. What you will do: Support metric monitoring, handle ad hoc data requests, and explain anomalies. Run A/B tests end-to-end: generating ideas, building dashboards, monitoring, closing tests, preparing insights, and developing hypotheses for future iterations. Identify growth opportunities and key dependencies within the product. Improve and develop existing analytics tools and processes. Conduct market and competitor analysis, plus ad hoc research to support strategic decisions. Handle operational tasks related to product development and growth. What do you need to join us: 6+ months of experience as an analyst, auditor, or consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG), or in other data-related roles. Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify cause-effect relationships. Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher. A proven track record of success in current or past roles. A genuine eagerness to learn fast and grow professionally. Alignment with the values of our team (more about us - here ).
