About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to oversee the development and delivery of our software products. The Product Owner will work closely with Product Management and the Development Team to review business requirements, document user stories, manage product backlogs, and ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with hands-on experience managing Agile development processes. This position will serve as the primary liaison between Product Management and Development, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, properly prioritized, and successfully delivered from planning through release.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and document high-level business requirements, customer feedback, and product enhancement requests.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and coordinate sprint planning with the Development Team.
• Ensure developers and QA engineers have clearly documented and properly prepared user stories before development begins.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Development to clarify requirements, address questions, and resolve functional issues.
• Monitor sprint progress, follow up on development tasks, and proactively identify blockers or potential delays.
• Collaborate with QA to validate completed user stories against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product releases and ensure user stories are successfully delivered and deployed.
• Prepare regular sprint reports covering development progress, completed features, pending tasks, blockers, and upcoming priorities.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, backlog updates, and release records.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure development activities align with business priorities and customer expectations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint grooming, and development deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple development priorities independently.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or supply chain/logistics systems is a PLUS.
• Willingness to work remotely during the required shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM IST.
