Job Description
Product Owner (FX/CFD Brokerage) – Bangkok
Overview
A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a Product Owner in Bangkok to own the roadmap across its client portal, CRM, trader area, payments and partner portals.
Responsibilities
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap and priorities
• Find ways to improve acquisition, retention and the trading experience
• Turn business requirements into detailed specs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Run competitor and market analysis across Forex, CFD and FinTech
• Manage backlog and Agile/Scrum ceremonies with dev, design and QA
• Enhance Client Portal, CRM and Trader Area; optimise payments, withdrawals, KYC and onboarding
• Support IB and Affiliate portal development
• Drive AI-powered features and automation
• Coordinate external technology vendors; track product KPIs and user feedback
Requirements
• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, IT or related
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst
• Experience in Forex, CFD, brokerage, FinTech, payments or banking
• Understanding of brokerage operations, CRM, KYC, onboarding and deposit/withdrawal flows
• Familiarity with MT4/MT5 and IB/Affiliate programmes
• Agile/Scrum knowledge; interest in AI and automation
• Good English
