About the Role We are looking for a Product Proposition Intern to join our team and help us develop innovative product propositions that meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Proposition Intern, you will work closely with our insurance product team to research and develop new product ideas, conduct market analysis, and help create product roadmaps. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement product lifecycle campaign ideas for conversational marketing across multiple channels (WhatsApp, emails) 2. Conduct user interviews and research to understand customer pain points throughout the application journey. 3. Support the Customer Proposition team with administrative tasks 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure successful product launches 5. Assist in the development of product messaging and positioning About you - Current Year 3-4 student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. - Strong command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Proactive, dedicated, and a good team player.
