Role Description

The Product Specialist – Digital Printing Media

is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves providing technical product support and guidance on digital printing media solutions, including wide format, sign display, textile, packaging, and label applications.

The Product Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, assist customers in selecting suitable media and consumables, and collaborate with the sales team to address customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include handling technical inquiries, preparing product documentation, training customers and internal teams, and gathering market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives. The role also requires close coordination with service and operations teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of digital printing technologies and media (e.g., wide format, sign display, textile, packaging, and label printing).
• Experience supporting printing machinery, software, inks, and consumables in a customer-facing or technical support capacity.
• Skills in product training, demonstrations, and customer consultation, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Sales support and relationship management skills, including the ability to collaborate with sales teams and respond to customer needs.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing printing issues and recommending practical solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in printing technology, engineering, graphic communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the digital printing or signage industry is highly beneficial.
