The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Supervisor to oversee production activities, coordinate manufacturing workflows, and help ensure efficient day-to-day production operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate production schedules and workflow priorities.
• Work closely with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Operations teams.
• Monitor production performance and operational efficiency.
• Support quality control and process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production-related issues.
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Track production KPIs and prepare management updates.
• Support inventory and material coordination where required.
• Assist with workforce scheduling and task allocation.
• Help improve production workflows and operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized records and document control procedures.
• Promote safe working practices and compliance with company procedures.
• Support cross-functional manufacturing and operations projects.
• Stay informed about production management and manufacturing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, operations, or a related supervisory role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, production management software, or Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality management, or production planning is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant manufacturing or leadership certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
