Sustainability Consultant:Carbon Logger
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite/remote, depending on client engagement)
Experience: 2–5 years
About Carbon Logger:
Carbon Logger is a carbon accounting platform helping enterprises track and report Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions with cloud-based precision. We help companies across the GCC and beyond move from manual spreadsheets to audit-ready sustainability reporting, mapped to global standards like the GHG Protocol, EPA, and DEFRA. Every subscription comes with support from our regional sustainability consultants, who make sure client reporting stays accurate and fully compliant with local and international regulations.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our Dubai team and work directly with clients across the region on their emissions reporting and reduction strategies. You'll be the bridge between our software and the businesses using it, helping them interpret their data, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and build a credible path toward their sustainability goals.
This is a hybrid role: some weeks you'll be working from our Dubai office, others you'll be onsite with clients, depending on what each engagement calls for.
What You'll Do
1. Advise clients on Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions tracking and help them interpret their Carbon Logger dashboards.
2. Support clients in preparing GRI, TCFD, and other regulatory sustainability reports.
3. Monitor GCC and international policy developments and translate them into practical guidance for clients.
4. Work with clients to define realistic emissions reduction strategies.
5. Liaise with client teams and suppliers to improve the quality and accuracy of reported data.
6. Represent Carbon Logger onsite at client locations as needed across the region.
What we are looking for:
1.2-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG advisory, carbon accounting, or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of GHG accounting principles and reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, GRI, TCFD, or similar).
3. Familiarity with GCC sustainability regulations and reporting requirements is a strong plus.
4. Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating technical information clearly.
