Professional Selling & Career Development Program

Company Description Gritty is a professional selling, career development, and job-placement program targeting top-tier early career talent. We develop and place high-potential job seekers into entry-level sales roles within the healthcare and tech industries. Our program offers personalized and 100% virtual sales training, cohort-based professional development, executive-coach-led classes, real-world application assignments, 1:1 career coaching and resume & interview prep. After completing our program, graduates confidently step into careers in entry-level sales roles across the medical device, pharmaceutical and tech sales industries. Program Description As a program participant, you will join a cohort of upcoming graduates and early career professionals in a live 7-week virtual training program led by a team of executive-level coaches and sales leaders. The cohort will meet twice a week and classes will be scheduled to accommodate the schedules of our participants. Participants range from juniors and seniors pursuing their undergraduate degrees to current job seekers or professionals looking to pivot into tech or medical sales. Our participants have come from diverse majors such as life sciences, liberal arts, business, engineering and more! Qualifications Current junior, senior or master's student at a university located in the United States or current professional looking to start their career in the medical or tech sales industries Have demonstrated grit in your academic, professional or personal life Strong desire to receive and implement feedback Willingness to step outside of your comfort zone Current and former student-athletes are highly encouraged to apply
