Job Description

This is a remote position.

Bring your professional experience and people skills to the personal development and leadership education sector.

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Professional Development Program Consultant to promote established programs, connect with prospective clients and guide them through an organised information and sales process.

This remote role suits an experienced professional who enjoys meaningful conversations, builds relationships naturally and follows through consistently. Your focus will be online marketing, client engagement and program sales.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting personal development and leadership education programs through online marketing.
• Responding to enquiries and speaking with prospective clients about their interests.
• Sharing program information and guiding clients through established resources.
• Following up professionally and supporting informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records of conversations and next steps.
• Managing your schedule and daily marketing activities.
• Participating in ongoing training and applying established processes.

This is an independent, performance based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales. T

he role involves promoting programs, rather than designing courses or delivering classroom training.


Requirements

• At least eight years of professional work experience.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship building skills.
• Experience in education, sales, recruitment, client relations, business development or a related field.
• Confidence using email, online meeting platforms and basic computer systems.
• Ability to organise your own schedule and maintain consistent follow up.
• Willingness to learn and apply online marketing methods.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Comfortable working independently with earnings based on product sales.
• Availability for around 15 to 20 flexible hours per week.

This role is not suitable for students or those just entering the workforce.
