- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, supporting materials and follow-up activities.
- Maintain and upload program documentation in SharePoint, ensuring information is organised and kept up to date.
- Support the preparation and distribution of program meeting packs and documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day program logistics and administrative activities.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate program records, trackers and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Delivery Managers and other stakeholders to keep administrative activities on track.
- Provide broader administrative and coordination support as program priorities change.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in program, project, PMO or team administration, ideally within a medium-to-large organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple meetings, schedules and competing priorities.
- Confidence coordinating with stakeholders across different teams and levels of an organisation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and document-management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- A proactive, practical approach and willingness to take ownership of administrative activities.
- Experience supporting a large transformation, technology or program environment would be advantageous.
