Management and oversight of the end-to-end program design and delivery - schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, contracts management Establish new delivery model Drive delivery cadence and tracking Ensure strong governance – preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders including vendors Develop and maintain timeline/schedule Develop and maintain resource plan Financial forecast & budgeting Identify issues, risks and develop mitigation plans Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting Skills & Experience: Experience in managing an end-end Payments related transformation Programs Payment’s domain knowledge is a mandatory requirement to be considered Experience leading Cross-Functional teams A solid Risk & Governance mindset – experienced applying delivery frameworks Experience with various project methodologies, specifically working in an Agile environment Strong stakeholder management – able to liaise with multiple stakeholders of all levels across multiple lines of business
