You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.
You know that to make a meaningful contribution there needs to be connection and collaboration across the teams. Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering enterprise-wide organisational effectiveness, leadership, governance and culture initiatives. This role will see you lead and deliver strategic programs across Transport that:
• Strengthen leadership capability;
• Improve governance practices;
• Embed organisational change; and
• Drive better business outcomes across Transport.
You will spearhead programs of work from concept through to delivery, bringing people together across the enterprise to develop approaches, coordinate implementation and achieve sustainable outcomes. Working closely with leaders at different levels as well as key stakeholders, you will shape leadership programs, influence cultural initiatives, help improve governance frameworks and facilitate organisation-wide change in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.
This role is Fixed Term Full Time until June 2027 and operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Elizabeth St Sydney CBD, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times.

You're recognised as a confident communicator and influencer, skilled at facilitating workshops, engaging leadership teams and translating complex challenges into practical solutions. Experienced in delivering people-focused programs and projects, you are comfortable working across multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading independent streams of work and achieving results through collaboration.
