Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead the Tribe Team and drive the transformation of customer service, contact center and collections transformation across the Benelux. Own the business vision, roadmap and portfolio while accelerating digitalization, AI adoption and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear Benelux vision for after-sales, customer contact and pre-collection journeys, aligned with company strategy and strategic OKRs.
• Maximize value through portfolio and backlog management
• Accelerate customer-contact digitalization and AI
• Drive operational efficiency and transformation
• Ensure compliance, governance & risk management
• Lead Product Owners and Agile teams
• Align business, IT and executive stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years in Business, Operations, Product or Transformation Leadership
• Financial services / regulated environment experience
• Customer Service, Contact Center or Collections expertise
• Digital Transformation, Automation & AI delivery
• Portfolio & Product Management
• Agile leadership and stakeholder management
• Understanding of Cloud, Data, Security & AI
• Fluent in French, Dutch & English
