You own delivery: plan and steer projects or programmes, manage dependencies and risks, align stakeholders, and keep outcomes on track for banking and insurance clients.

• Multi-project delivery across Life IT / insurance product systems

• Programme ownership for customer journeys — after-sales, contact, pre-collection

• Roadmap, governance, steering reporting, dependency management with IT, POs and operations

• Priorities so digitalisation, AI and operational change create measurable value

• Clear communication with business and IT in complex FS organisations

• Senior Project Leader — Life IT (insurance)

Languages: 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 on most mandates; English as stated (customer-journeys seat needs Dutch, French and English)

Location: Brussels client sites (often 5 min walk from Central Station; some Brussels centre)

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗙𝗢𝗥

• 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 at professional level (required on most seats — mandate-specific which one)

• Senior / Expert project or programme experience (~5–8+ years; expert tracks often ~7+ in domain)

• Proven banking or insurance work in Belgium (or transferable regulated FS)

• Delivery ownership: planning → dependencies / risks → steering → stakeholder alignment

• Coordinate IT delivery, product owners and operations in complex orgs

• Hybrid Brussels comfort

• Agile / waterfall as the mandate needs; current demand especially in Life IT project leadership and customer-journey programmes

• Structured, communicative, independent on client site

• Relevant degree; PMP / Prince2 / MSP / PgMP a plus

• Freelance / B2B setup for Belgian client contracting
