Program Manager - Capital Works

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise transformation program within a large, complex organisation. This role is suited to a commercially minded leader with a strong track record delivering strategic initiatives, partnering with senior executives, and influencing stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience managing large-scale programs from a business transformation perspective, rather than a purely technology-focused environment. Cultural fit, leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills will be critical to success.

Experience within asset-intensive industries such as utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or major capital projects will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to drive business outcomes and organisational change.
• Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Provide strategic direction across asset, infrastructure, and operational initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years' Program Management experience within complex organisations.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead large-scale transformational change.
• Strong business partnering, strategy development, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases and setting organisational direction.
• Exposure to asset management, infrastructure, utilities, construction, or similar environments is advantageous.

Contract Details

• 12-month contract
• Competitive daily rate
• Western Sydney location
