Job Description

This is a remote position.

Programmatic advertising is evolving, creating a clear opportunity to make the ecosystem more transparent, efficient, and valuable for both publishers and advertisers.

We are building a new audience-focused, AI-driven unified advertising platform designed to create stronger connections between supply and demand, improve transparency, and help publishers capture more value from their inventory.

We are looking for a Programmatic Business Development Manager / Supply & Demand Partnerships Manager to join at an early stage and help shape the platform’s supply and demand ecosystem from the ground up. The role will focus on identifying and onboarding the right programmatic partners, building strong commercial relationships, coordinating integrations, and driving sustainable platform growth.

Your Duties:

  • Identify, prospect, pitch, and onboard programmatic partners across both supply and demand, including publishers, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, and other relevant AdTech platforms.
  • Focus on developing high-quality partnerships across web, mobile app, CTV, video, and display inventory.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, industry relationships, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and commercial negotiations through technical integration, launch, and scaling.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on inventory or demand quality, traffic volumes, budgets, geographies, formats, technical requirements, transparency, and commercial potential.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining healthy platform economics and sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate OpenRTB, Prebid, and VAST integrations with partners and internal Tech teams.
  • Grow high-quality supply across web, mobile app, CTV, video, and display while developing demand that matches available inventory.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, spend, fill rate, CPM, bid rate, win rate, revenue, and margin.
  • Ensure inventory and demand quality, transparency, and compliance with platform, privacy, and programmatic ecosystem requirements.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and other programmatic partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand integrations, formats, geographies, traffic, and spend.
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams to improve partner performance and strengthen the competitiveness of the platform.
  • Maintain accurate partnership and pipeline information and report on commercial and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Programmatic Supply Partnerships, Programmatic Demand Partnerships, or a similar commercial role within AdTech.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including web publishers, mobile applications, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs, ad networks, and CTV providers.
  • Proven experience independently sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and growing programmatic partnerships.
  • Solid knowledge of OpenRTB, auction mechanics, bidstream flows, and programmatic buying and monetization models.
  • Understanding of supply-chain management standards, including ads.txt, app-ads.txt, and sellers.json.
  • Strong understanding of key programmatic metrics, including CPM, RPM, fill rate, bid rate, win rate, QPS, revenue, and inventory quality.
  • Existing network across publishers, SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, or other programmatic partners.
  • Experience launching or scaling programmatic partnerships across Tier 1 markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with privacy requirements affecting programmatic advertising, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and relevant regional regulations.
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and AI-powered tools.
  • Analytical and self-driven approach with the ability to independently manage a pipeline and deliver against revenue and quality targets.
