Projec Engineer / Senior Engineer

Role Description The Project Engineer / Senior Engineer role at HR Daily Solutions is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting engineering projects from planning through delivery. The individual in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical designs, and coordinate implementation activities. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing technical documentation, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and resolving engineering issues that arise during execution. The role also involves communicating project status to stakeholders, recommending process or design improvements, and ensuring that work complies with relevant standards and best practices. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while working independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project engineering or senior engineering roles, including planning, design, and execution of technical projects.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, software, and methodologies relevant to the candidate’s discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, or software engineering).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions within project constraints.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a part-time or flexible work environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards, quality assurance practices, and risk management principles applicable to engineering projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or professional engineering certification is an advantage.
• Comfort working remotely, with reliable access to necessary technology and a commitment to maintaining productivity and responsiveness.
