Change Analyst (Level 2) Assisting Change Managers in communications, training, and impact analysis during organisational change. Scrum Master (Level 2) Facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and guiding development teams in Agile delivery. Agile Coach (Level 3) Mentoring teams in agile practices and leading agile transformation initiatives. Portfolio Manager (Level 3) Managing a portfolio of projects, prioritising initiatives and optimising resource allocation at the enterprise level.
