🚨 We're Hiring: Senior Project Controller (Portfolio Coordinator)

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (250 Yonge Street)

🏢 Hybrid: 3 Days In Office / Week

⏳ Contract: 12 Months (Potential Extension & Conversion)

💰 Rate: $55-$60/hr

Are you an experienced Project Control Officer, PMO Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or Project Coordinator looking to work within a high-profile Treasury & Payment Solutions portfolio? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Controller to support governance, financial management, executive reporting, and delivery coordination across a portfolio of Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Control Officer, PMO/Portfolio Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting complex portfolios, programs, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience producing executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Experience supporting governance, financial management, risk management, and project controls
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-PMOCP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
