Support recruiting , onboarding , and the development of project team members . Ensure team qualifications , training, and availability of required resources Ensure full compliance with Quality , Safety & Environment (QSE) standards YOUR PROFILE You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering , Aeronautics or a comparable field You bring at least 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management You have experience in the aeronautical sector , ideally with “ Outstanding Works ” knowledge ; this is considered a strong advantage You demonstrate a strong understanding of aeronautical standards and processes environments You communicate confidently, show leadership qualities , and maintain a strong customer focus You are fluent in English and French , German is considered a plus You are proficient in MS Office and Google Suite You work in a structured, solution - oriented, reliable , and analytical manner oriented , reliable OUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT DAHER values variety and diversity.
