We are a growing ERP solutions company dedicated to helping businesses digitize and streamline operations. We are seeking a proactive Delivery Operations Associate to ensure that our solutions are delivered to clients on time, within scope, and with the highest levels of satisfaction. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients and the technical team, making sure commitments are met and client relationships are nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementations, ensuring commitments to clients are met within agreed timelines.

• Track all implementation milestones and modules to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage all client communication, including regular updates, progress reports, and on-site visits.

• Conduct client demos and walkthroughs at different project stages.

• Ensure all client requests for customizations or changes are clearly documented and relayed to the technical team.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during the delivery and implementation phase.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure confidence and trust.

• Conduct client satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and escalate issues as needed.

• Proactively address concerns to avoid delays, dissatisfaction, or project risks.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with the technical, product, and sales teams to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor risks and roadblocks, and work cross-functionally to resolve them promptly.

• Provide clear and structured feedback from clients to the product/tech teams to guide future enhancements.

Performance & Reporting

• Track and report progress of all client projects, highlighting completed milestones and upcoming deadlines.

• Ensure documentation of all project activities, communication, and deliverables.

• Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in delivery operations, project management, or client-facing roles in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.

• Proven track record of managing complex client projects from start to finish.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client satisfaction.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, software delivery, or IT implementations preferred.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
