- Providing practical training and guidance to project teams.
- Ensuring alignment with CDM regulations, the Building Safety Act and other relevant legislation.
- Capturing lessons learned and applying them to future handovers.
What you will bring:

- A proven track record of successfully managing project handovers and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in compiling and delivering comprehensive handover documentation.
- Strong knowledge of O&M manuals, asset registers, certification processes and client requirements.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation, statutory requirements, ISO standards and compliance frameworks.

- The ability to identify gaps, implement corrective actions and improve working practices.
- Clear, professional written communication and strong stakeholder-management skills.
You will be someone who is:
- Detail-focused – meticulous about accuracy, completeness and compliance.
- Organised and methodical – able to manage several handovers at once through structured planning.
- Proactive and accountable – ready to take ownership of deadlines and outcomes.
- Collaborative – confident working across teams and with external stakeholders.
