Project Lead - Elits Digital Media

Our client Elits Digital Media is looking for Project Lead to work remotely.   Position Overview:   We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager (Remote) to oversee project execution, manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of client requirements—especially for projects coming from Upwork. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery Coordinate with BD team, freelancers, and internal departments Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Communicate with clients when required and ensure satisfaction Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team Track progress and ensure on-time project completion Identify risks/issues and provide timely solutions Maintain project documentation and reports Requirements: Proven experience in project management (remote/agency experience preferred) Experience handling marketplace projects is a plus Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, etc. Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude Work Mode: Remote
