Apply Description Description: We are seeking a versatile Project Management Analyst to provide high-level organizational management and project support. This position is contingent upon contract award. This role is critical for streamlining office operations, managing complex data calls, and facilitating effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of balancing rapid response requests with long-term process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate office-operating practices to identify bottlenecks and recommend new methods for coordinating administrative, acquisition, and grant-related workflows. Provide expert coordination for quick-response requests, ensuring seamless support for acquisition and administrative projects. complex data calls and maintain accurate records within various databases and software platforms. Create and refine high-quality briefing materials, reports, and presentations using the full suite of Microsoft and Google productivity tools. Review and edit a wide variety of documents and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional quality. Coordinate the regular reporting of organizational activities and milestones to track progress and success. Distribute meeting materials, capture concise notes, and summarize key takeaways to ensure organizational alignment. Support the implementation of new administrative or operational improvements once vetted and approved by leadership. Assist in developing and executing strategies to foster efficient and effective information sharing throughout the office. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance management or related. Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative operations, or a similar support role in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience supporting NOAA budget analysis or related program efforts. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong analytical capability with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional summaries and complex documentation. Ability to thrive in a "quick response" environment, managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain complex tracking systems and document libraries. Experience with NOAA budget and accounting software such as BAS accounting and FMDS is a huge plus. Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
