@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA National Ocean Service (NOS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting environmental science and compliance projects. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Technical Lead and staff by navigating compliance processes and requirements.
Perform detailed reviews of project awards to ensure they meet all environmental requirements and assist other representatives with the review process.
Lead meetings and draft award summaries regularly.
Provide any documentation and administrative support as needed by the program team.
Act as a Technical Lead to evaluate and provide input on field activities identified in project awards.
Collaborate with the compliance team to recommend and update SOPs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience supporting environmental science, marine science, or environmental compliance programs.
NOAA and/or any NOAA-funded program experience is a preference.
Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with diverse program staff.
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of environmental law and policies.
