Project Management Intern

We’re Hiring: Project Management Intern

DigiTell is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency working with brands and businesses across the GCC. We’re looking for an organized, proactive Project Management Intern to support our team and help keep marketing projects running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Organize and track tasks, deadlines, and project updates on Asana

• Coordinate with creative, content, social media, and performance marketing teams to keep work moving

• Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed on time

• Attend client meetings, take clear notes, and document decisions and action items

• Help translate client briefs and feedback into clear, actionable tasks

• Keep project information organized and flag delays or challenges early

• Support professional, timely communication between clients and internal teams

What we’re looking for:

• Fresh graduates are welcome , Preferably Marketing, Business , Technical , Operations or a related field

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A professional approach to client communication and teamwork

• Confidence following up on tasks and coordinating multiple priorities

• A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to learn

• An interest in digital marketing and how agency teams work

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
